Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you have any concerns about your order or are unhappy for any reason, please email customer service with your order number within 30 days of delivery so that we can remedy your issue as quickly as possible.
Once you contact us for your return, a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) will be issued so that you may return your items. Shipping charges incurred during a return are not refundable, however your replacement order will be shipped to you at no cost. Under certain circumstances, you may also send an email containing a photo of your defective item instead of physically shipping it.
Certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, if applicable.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
- Costs incurred during installation or removal of product by customer or by third parties.
- User-inflicted damage to any imprint or laminate that is part of the production process.
If you notice any errors after placing your order, you can contact us any time prior to production to make changes. Once your order is in production we can no longer make design or product changes. You may cancel your order for a complete refund within 12 hours from order placement. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped.
