We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your items arrive damaged, we will replace it at no cost with the same item - just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We also offer a 1-year warranty on the imprint itself, and we'll replace your order with the same at no cost once it's returned to our office.
Our products are custom printed, and can not be resold once returned. For this reason, returns received for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or breakage during shipping will incur a 30% return fee.
The quickest way to resolve a broken or defective item is to send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and photo attached to show us what happened. We'll review it within one business day and let you know what to do. Most of the time the photo is enough to process an exchange, and you can keep the original item. Sometimes we'll need the item returned to us in order to examine it further. This helps us find out what happened and continually improve our products.
You may cancel your order for a complete refund within 12 hours from order placement. Once an order is in production or shipped it can't be cancelled.
Certain circumstances are beyond our control. We can't offer refunds or exchanges for:
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, if applicable.
Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
Costs incurred during installation or removal of product by customer or by third parties.
User-inflicted damage to any product, imprint, or laminate that is part of the production process.
Damage that occurs while installing the product.
